The master suite has a large king-size bed, AC and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, AC and private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and AC. There is an additional bathroom with shower outside the bedrooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided. Next to the kitchen is the dining area which has a large table that can be extended to accommodate 6 people, this leads to the living area with a large sofa, state-of-the-art 4K smart TV and air conditioning. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling glass doors surrounding it, which receive plenty of sunlight.



On the ocean side of the lounge, the doors slide fully open to include the private terrace with views of the beach and ocean, here there is also a large dining table seating 6 people. Also included is high-speed fibre internet and WIFI throughout, iron and ironing board, hangers in all wardrobes, towels and bed linen, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and blanket, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush and satellite TV in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.



Located in the heart of Quarteira you will have walking access to a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, ice cream parlours, bicycle/scooter rentals, currency exchanges and places to book various excursions, all along the seafront. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Praia de Quarteira is just a two-minute walk away, where you can relax, enjoy the glorious Algarve sun and swim in the clear warm blue ocean; or take part in a variety of water sports if you're in the spirit of adventure!



The beach is almost 2 km long, so there is plenty of space for everyone and next to it is the beautiful Praia do Forte Novo. If you want to venture a little further, you can walk just 2.6 km along the seafront to Vilamoura Marina; if you want luxury restaurants, family fun or incredible yacht trips to see dolphins and caves. If you're just looking for nightlife you will also find plenty of options in this area. There are also many walks nearby, including the incredible red cliffs of Praia da Falésia, famous for its distinctive orange clay cliffs where you can walk to Albufeira. Any visit or mobilisation of a staff member to the apartment outside normal operating hours will be subject to an additional charge of €50.00 per intervention, to be paid directly to the staff member at the time of assistance.
