There are steps that lead up to the house, one step that separates the dining and living room and one step on the patio.
House is equipped with a Ring doorbell security system, located outside the home, to ensure safety of all guests
The entry to the property is secured by a smart lock. Prior to check-in, an email with the smart lock code and other pertinent information regarding entry will be sent to you. You will have access to the entire house, as well as the front and backyards. However, the garage and two closets will be locked and inaccessible, as they contain personal belongings. Free street parking is available for your convenience.
Please note that there is a tenant in the back house who uses the north walkway of the property for access. The tenant's area is separated from the main house by a fence, ensuring privacy for all.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home in LaJolla was lovely and true to the description. Location was wonderful. Our host was amazing and responded quickly every time we messaged. We would stay here again.

Exceptional Stay – Five Stars!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s welcoming home! The house has been beautifully remodeled, was incredibly clean, spacious, and sits in a perfect, central location.Jacqueline is an exceptional host and a great communicator. She responded to all of our requests and questions immediately, and she was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay.She truly thought of everything to make us comfortable. Every single amenity was provided, down to the thoughtful beach setup: a great wagon fully stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, towels, and toys. It made the short two-to-three-block stroll down to the sand completely effortless.One of our absolute favorite morning routines was walking over to the local bagel shop, Busy Bee, for fresh bagels and coffee, then taking them with us on our morning walk down to the beach.If you are looking for a flawless, stress-free beach getaway with a host who anticipates every need, this is it. We can't recommend Jacqueline’s home highly enough!

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We especially liked the private patio and fire pit. The only blemish (minor) was the lack of off-street parking as the street parking was often taking by students at the nearby high school.The location was perfect for walks to the beach and downtown, as well as for drives up the coast and into San Diego.We loved La Jolla. Beach access was good and they were not crowded. Windansea is great for families.
