The view and location

Amazing view and convenient location. Had everything in the apartment for the holiday.
Not major. The second bedroom could benefit from curtains that could be pulled to the side on the wall when not in use. Could still do without blocking the view during the day. Blinds didn't stop the brightness of the morning sun.

The view from the apartment was great as was the location.
Firstly, it was incredibly disappointing that the key was not available on arrival. Check in was meant to be at 2pm, we arrived at 3pm and then had to wait an additional hour for the key to be made available. It was a terrible start to our holiday.
The mattress on the top bunk was disintegrating on the bottom and bits were falling on the bottom bunk. My kids were grossed out and didn’t want to sleep there after seeing, I ended up putting a sheet under it that I found in the cupboard.
The parking spot is also very very small. It would be worth mentioning this in the advertisement, as I have a large family I have a large car. I had to climb through the middle of my car to be able to enter and exit my car.
Only having one fob/key for the property was a HUGE inconvenience. It was suggested to me to put it into the lock box each time I left for others in my family. This was not a realistic solution. Any hotel or property I have stayed in has provided at least two keys. Additionally, there is no intercom system so each time a member of my family would come back from somewhere I had to go all the way down to let them in.
The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and would feel like it would slide off when sat on.
The TV in the main bedroom was not working on arrival. Took a long time to realise that the controller was completely flat. I charged it and then realised the TV was connected to the wrong WiFi. As the TV has a bracket to move it around, I also noticed the back has not been cleaned in a long time and was covered in thick dust. That was also the same for a few other places in the apartment. The couch is dirty, the artificial plant is dusty and the fridge cavity is very very dusty and gross.
The washer/dryer does not dry its contents. Even with only one towel in it. I ended up emptying the filter after googling why it wasn’t drying, the contents of the filter indicated it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
