Nice location but it needs more attention to the details

The best thing about the property is the location, view, mattress and the washing machine.

Not so clean and occasionally you will meet a small cockroach to disturb you. The cutlery, pans and other kitchen related equipment or china were not cleaned at all; also despite that the linen was clean, the pillows were not because they smelled of hair grease and we had to wash them all on our first night there. When we arrived and opened the bathroom door we encountered a cockroach, so our first impression was not good at all as our first night because of the pillows and the fact that we had to run to the first store to get a spray against bugs. After the first night we mobilized and cleaned what we would use thus making our stay more pleasant. Overall it was ok and almost a good value for the money but be prepared to start cleaning everything you want to use and don’t get scared of the cockroaches. The property has a lot of potential if the owner takes more care about this little things like cleaning everything like pillows, couch, oven cutlery and so on and also the furniture so the visitors feel more comfortable when they arrive. It’s a pity to not invest some time and money because the location is great and the apartment already has some good things in it.

He de decir que aunque en el anuncio se específica que no tiene parking, en la zona hay dificultad para aparcar.
