This apartment needs maintenance

The location

The apartment is old and has a funny smell. There is a big hole in the bathroom ceiling that leaks into the toilet. The sheets are old and stained,

Excellent room and excellent owner. Would book again

It was as advertised and as expected. It was great

I liked everything

9 / 10

Nice family apartment, close to beaches.

Comfortable apartment close to the beach (across the street), relatively well maintained, clean. Free parking.

The double bedroom was small. Something was leaking water in the bathroom - worthwhile checking because it was quite substantial volume of water on the floor.

Gracias!!!!

Lovely appartement building, nice room with confortable beds and lots of space.. It had everything you need and includes a parking spot, which is great. Pool was nice as well and just a short walk to the beach. Good price compared to many other appartements in Miami.. Very nice host Stacey!
