De la bouse en boîte! Ne louez surtout pas chez ses personnes, ce sont des voleurs! Il faut savoir que malgré le fait qu
Pour commencer, nous n’avons pas eu accès à la maison initialement louée pour une semaine mais un « débarrât » qui était collé à la maison étant donné que soit disant, la maison à subie une inondation. Nous avons été prévenues la veille (le 21 juillet au soir pour une arrivée le 22 juillet).
Nous n’avons pas eu d’autre choix que « d’accepter » étant donné que nous étions au pied du mur. Il nous avait promis un appartement en échange « identique » à la maison MAIS…
Il faut savoir que le propriétaire nous a menti. La maison que nous avions louer initialement était toujours « habitée » par des ouvriers à notre arrivée.
Nous avions louée une maison avec 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles, un lit simple ainsi qu’un canapé lit, et au lieu de ça nous avons eu un « débarrât » avec une chambre sans volets, draps souillés par les loueurs précédents, tachés.
Un salon minuscule avec un canapé d’angle qui barre l’accès aux escaliers une fois déplié, sans draps. Une mezzanine (qui est en fait une annexe du salon) avec une canapé lit taché sans draps, sans volets, et le clou du spectacle, c’est une mezzanine de plus de 2 mètres de haut sans garde corps! Nous avions prévenu le propriétaire que nous avions 2 enfants avec nous.
Un de 12 ans et un de 6 ans mais celui ci nous clairement dit que c’était un appartement « identique » et ça ne l’a pas dérangé de faire venir 2 enfants dans ce trou à rat, dangereux et insalubre.
Nous n’y avons pas dormies une seule nuit, nous avons dû louer une maison dans un village à côté afin de passer une semaine en « sécurité » avec nos 2 enfants.
700€ de location pour ce taudis et nous avons dû ajouter plus de 900€ pour louer une maison suite à notre très mauvaise surprise!
Le propriétaire n’a bien évidement pas voulu nous rembourser et booking à un service client désastreux ! Booking m’as proposer 62€ de remboursement, quel foutage de G… !
Nous nous sommes rabattues sur Airbnb qui sont bien plus sérieux et a l’écoute!
Tout! Rien n’allait dans ce logement proposé en échange de la maison initialement louée.
Logement insalubre, dangereux, mezzanine sans garde corps, propriétaire aux abonnés absents en ce qui concerne le remboursement. Nous avons demander à être remboursées étant donné que nous n’y sommes pas restée une seule nuit, mais le propriétaire a fait le « mort » et n’a pas répondu à nos sollicitudes.
Le propriétaire est un voleur, il n’y a clairement pas d’autre mot! Il a empocher l’argent et en plus, a relouer les logements, la maison initialement louée ainsi que le « débarrât » qui nous a proposer en échange (durant la période louée). 3 montants empochés alors que nous n’y sommes pas rester, même pas une seule nuit.
