Perfect apartment, had everything we needed. So central, shop right down starts, two min walk to Courtney place. Black out curtains were incredible! So happy to have a fan. Would def recommend and stay again, parking easy also and very safe.

Location was good, so were the bedrooms. Apartment was clean. Very secure.
Room was 2 bedrooms so slept 4 but the couch could only sit 2. Dining chairs are worn. Shower is over bath not aswell as a bath. This may be me not paying enough attention when booking but worth noting for those less physically mobile. Also kitchen cupboards with glasses, plates etc were super high and unreachable for any shorter guests.

The beds were really comfy. Central, warm, good shower, and comfortable. Daughter loved having a bath! Thank you!
Access was very difficult and stressful to manage without a key/card. I accidently got stuck and locked out without my phone with the code on it, in the evening, when i was trying to familiarize myself with the fire exit. I had no way to contact anyone, and there was no way to get inside. Luckily another guest arrived to the front, and helped me phone my mother in law to come down and let me in. He did try to call the hotel number first with no luck, as the only phone number i knew was my own, and unsure if my mother in law would hear it, it was very stressful! A card to swipe to get in and out would help for guests to access with ease and assurance.
It would benefit to have better ventilation in the bathroom.

Good locatio and comfy bed.
Well the foyer lift and hallway areas are grubby, esp the floors. One big chair in the lounge area of apartment. No washing machine. Just an odd setup. Our room nothing like the pics.
