Lodge was superb.
Spacious. High standard. The ducks as neighbours. The lodge is private and away from the main site. Can access the facilities but we chose not to.

Great location. Lodge was very clean. Felt like a cosy home and we did not want to leave so were planning on booking again soon for this lodge. We paid for park dean wifi and it worked great. Had takeaway delivered to the door. Called after hours line on Sunday as we changed our minds and wanted a late checkout and it was all done smoothly with no issues. Loved that there was 2 bathrooms! Me anc my partner had a bathroom each as he prefers showers anc i prefer baths so absolutely loved that!
The living room door had one glass panel boarded up. The blinds in the bathroom are see through so did not feel i had any privacy when in the bathroom as you can see outside. The blinds that are on the patio door, some of them were just leaning against the door which i didnt realise until i tried to open them and some fell on me. Me and my partner planned to go to the onsite pub on the night we got there however that was wrist band holders only also which we didnt think would be, so more info about the resort in the caravan would have been nice. But overall it was a beautiful stay and we cant wait to come back.

Clean, spacious and with lovely views of the duck pond and its inhabitants. Well equipped kitchen.
Linen and towels not provided as standard, but you only find that out once you have booked and paid. A call to the managers resulted in a promise to provide for an additional £60, but in actuality that only included bed linen so we had to buy towels from the local supermarket. As international visitors, we didn’t have the opportunity to raid our home linen cupboard, so I think this is pretty poor for a property costing over £200 a night. Request for a refund of the linen fee was rejected
“Free” wifi is very poor (as is mobile coverage), and a complex for payment process is needed to get anything useable.
The HDMI inputs to the TV has been removed (which puzzles the owner) so no chromecast or similar could be attached (even if we had decent connectivity.
Be aware of these hidden costs before you book.
