Great communication, near to the airport close to dining and transportation

Outside of property noisy, hot water heater turns off too easily and frequently. Owner was courteous and good communication. Relatively clean.

Here's an updated version with that included:
> Overall, this was an affordable place to stay, and the house was clean. I also liked that everything was nearby, including grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences.
However, I was disappointed by the "oceanside view" description. I expected the property to be right in front of the ocean, but it wasn't. I also found ants on the counter during our stay. Another issue was the air conditioner—it was controlled by a timer that shut off every 30 to 60 minutes, so I had to keep turning it back on, which became frustrating. The sofa was also very hard and had very little cushioning, so it wasn't comfortable to sit on for long periods.
Overall, it was a decent place for the price because it was clean and in a convenient location, but I think the property description should be more accurate, and the AC system and furniture could use some improvements.
