Very conviently located to Ruby Falls, Rock City Gardens, Downtown, and the scenic Lookout Mountain driving.

The room was clean and comfortable and included a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave and refrigerator and plates, etc. However, the bathroom was very small, and the shower even smaller. A cleaning fee is charged but you have to empty the trash, why? Also, the rooms are right on a busy road and traffic going by is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. In addition, I booked this location on Lookout Mountain because I thought we would have a mountain view, but there is no view, from either front or back of the lodge. Still not a bad place ...

I enjoyed staying there very much. I had a little trouble with the code getting in, but I finally figured it out after many tries. The room is clean. The bed was very comfortable. I only wish they had cups and dishes and plates instead of just plastic and Styrofoam. Don’t get scared when you first see the place from outside. The room is very clean and very nice and the backyard was very nice and clean. There was no staff, which is why I gave it a three but the rest of it I’d give it a 4.5.

Our room was perfectly clean and set up when we arrived and the property was easy to find and park on! Everything was comfy, cozy, and amazing!
The property company was kind and communicative! We’d definitely choose this over a big name hotel any day and will definitely be considering staying here the next time we come back! :))
