We choose the apartment as it was easy for us to get to where we needed to go and it was our first time in Valencia. Upon our arrival I was happily surprised to find out that the location was even better than expected, as it has easy access to the city center (it is walking distance to 2 stations and it is only 2 or 3 stops to reach the center of Valencia). Catarroja is a very friendly neighbourhood, we felt very safe and you can find everything you need (pharmacy, supermarket, shops, restaurants) just about a 3-5 min walk from the apartment.
The apartment inside is very comfortable and what is most important for me is the level of cleaning, and I must say the apartment was spotless and it did look like it has been refurbished not too long ago. I would happily come back and stay there again.
As a plus, it would have been great to have a mosquito net for the door so we could have enjoyed having the door open (due to the season there were quite a few mosquitos around), but that is just a preference, and having said that we were just fine with the air-condition.
