Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly. A special thank you to Giulia.

Everyone says this but Guilia was amazing and they weren’t wrong. You can’t beat the location.
It was smaller than I had imagined but honestly, we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter. Like I said before the staff and location more than made up for it.

Guilia was a great help with check in and scheduling airport transportation! She made herself available for us for a smooth stay.
The location was great, so much within walking distance.
The shower leaked quite a bit.
The bathroom door stuck partially and didn’t open easily, you had to shove it to open all the way. So, within the first 15min of being there I got caught on the enormous handle and bruised my arm terribly. It really hurt and made me pretty mad. My husband did it as well but thankfully not as hard.
The smoke detector flashed a red light all night and kept my husband awake, so he had to wear a sleep mask.

Location
The staff was very helpful. I had one problem after another with the room. No hot water for a day, no A/C for 12hrs, Tv issues and bathroom issues. I wrote the hotel after I returned regarding these issues asking for partial refund, but all they would do is a 200Euro for future visit. Very displeased with their response. Do not recommend this hotel
