Just 2 Blocks from the World Famous Niagara Falls State Park, this fully furnished and equipped home is perfect for your Niagara Falls Vacation. This home was built in August 2022 and offers two bedrooms with 3 beds (sleeps 6) a spacious open layout living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. Across the street from the NF State Park it is walking distance to the Falls Attractions and Casino! 312 D (Upper)

The apartment is nice. It was clean. It is on the top floor of the building, which is always nice. The washer and dryer were very clean. The rooms were as described. There was a little difficulty with communication as the host did not respond to any text messages to both numbers given or emails to both emails provided as they said that was the preferred method of communication, but did end up eventually reaching out through the Vrbo app. There was no parking pass, but we were able to park in the hotel lot described (when they finally responded). We did have to pay over 15 for parking and they did not offer to reimburse for that.

Had a great stay at the house. Beautiful place and beautiful location, very close to Niagara state park. Parking was easy, right behind the building, property was clean. And host was very helpful and responsive to the things. Had the best stay with my parents.

Locations wise excellent. You can walk to the park. Beds are not so comfortable and make’s squeaking noise. To the price I expect little more amenities.
