Relax and watch the sunset over the bay and the boats ease by as you sip a glass of wine. Don't bother climbing stairs. This desirable 2-bedroom condo is on the first floor with a relaxing front row water view of the canal. A great view of the fireworks and light displays every Sunday at Northside Park. Access to 3 outdoor pools - lap, kiddie and recreational. Short distance to the beach, grocery and great restaurants in Ocean City. No Smoking.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few issues kept us from giving a higher rating.The biggest positives were the location and amenities. The condo is in a quiet area with easy access to parking and the pools. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a deck made it much more comfortable than a hotel, especially for a longer stay.A couple of things about the listing could be clearer. We were informed after booking that linens were not provided, but we didn't see that mentioned in the listing and feel it should be more prominent. Also, while the listing states no pets, it appeared a previous guest had one. There was animal hair on the living room rug, couches, and even in the bathroom, which made the unit feel unclean upon arrival.We also had an issue with the front door lock battery, which eventually died. We were able to use the back door, but there wasn't a screwdriver available to replace the batteries, so we purchased one ourselves.The condo could also use some updating. The cabinets, mirrors, couch, mattresses, and pillows are showing their age. The couch has a tear, and the mattresses and pillows had visible stains.We can overlook maintenance issues like the door lock, but the cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. With a more thorough cleaning and a few updates, this would be an excellent place to stay because the location and layout are great.

This place is so idea for vacation. It's serene and at night, sitting on the back porch and watching the ducks in the bay. Peaceful and breathtaking.

I love how you can leave the bedroom and sit right on the outdoor porch on the bay. 10 min walk to the beach. I text the host and got a response within second. I love this place and I will try to come every year if the host will have me.

Our stay was in a nice community with a great pool and close to everything needed. The downfall was the cleanliness of condo. Pillows offered where stained, so much that we went and bought our own pillows. The kitchen rug and door rug were very disgusting. The carpet in living needs a good shampoo. There were damp-rids places through out and cabinets smelled of mildew. The ac was controlled and on 75 degrees our entire stay. We called about ac and receiver acted as the thought they had no clue as to what was wrong. Also many mouse droppings in dresser drawers.
