Have stayed here a few times now. Modern, comfortable space - close to shops and places to eat. Can park right outside and unload/ load car from bottom units. Comfortable bed
The coffee / tea supplies are the bare minimum. Would be good to have a few more utensils eg. Bottle opener, Salt/ pepper. Cost is on the higher side.

So clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable!
Room was a bit small but we didn’t mind too much as we were only there to shower and sleep.

Facility was extremely clean. Manager was helpful and responsive but clearly overworked. Quiet and walkable to town of Tauranga and its’ restaurants
Room was very small and hard to maneuver for two people. Windows were few and small. There was a limited view of the water but no beach to walk to or enjoy. Cost was high considering the few amenities offered (no pool, beach, etc) and size of room. No elevator so baggage was challenging.
