Room felt light and airy when you walked in. It had air-con (which we used even though it was October), a hot shower with good pressure, a comfortable bed and a mini fridge. We were in room 107 which had a balcony and faced the main street. Only 3 rooms appeared to have a balcony, certainly on the side of the building that we could see. The reception was always manned with friendly staff and the lady that checked us in and showed us around our room spoke excellent English.
No complaints - it was a great hotel. The only issue I could see was that the rooms and reception desk are at the top of a steep flight of stairs and there is no lift. It was hard work dragging our heavy case up when we arrived. If you have mobility issues I don't think the hotel would be suitable.

From the perimeter of the ferry landing it's a mere 4-5 minute walk to the hotel.( I was arriving on Corsica Ferries from Livorno,Italy)
Very pleasant front desk staff. Room was quiet.Bed very comfortable.Air con was strong.Good wifi.Many restaurants within a minute way. Train station to Calvi is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel .Bus station to Porto Vecchio is one minute away.
Hotel is up about 25 steps on the "First Floor",although I was told there's an elevator somewhere in back if needed.
