The worst holiday house i ever stayed und
The location was fantastic
The first two days, the accomodation smells terribly bad that we wanted to leave, save for our kids that said we should manage. No Wifi, no oven, no kettle for boiling hot water, we have to use pot. There is also no curtain in the accomodation, you always dont know if anyone is watching you since you are in bungalow. No parking space for guest. The accomodation does not worth the price, i have in the past paid less for much better places.
Leider entsprach die Ferienwohnung bei unserer Ankunft überhaupt nicht dem Zustand, den man bei einer gebuchten Unterkunft erwarten darf.
Die Wohnung war offensichtlich nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden. Unter anderem befanden sich benutzte Handtücher und Leergut in der Unterkunft, der Geschirrspüler war noch mit altem Geschirr gefüllt und verschiedene Bereiche waren deutlich verschmutzt. Einige Bereiche mussten wir am ersten Abend selbst reinigen, damit wir die Wohnung überhaupt vernünftig nutzen konnten.
Positiv war zunächst, dass der Vermieter nach unserer ersten Nachricht schnell reagierte, sich entschuldigte und für den nächsten Tag eine Nachreinigung organisieren wollte.
Leider war die Enttäuschung nach unserer Rückkehr am nächsten Tag umso größer. Trotz der angeblich erfolgten Reinigung befand sich weiterhin altes, teilweise vergammeltes bzw. schimmeliges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine. Das WC im Untergeschoss war weiterhin nicht ordentlich gereinigt, die Seife lag noch genauso hinter dem WC auf dem Boden wie bei unserer Ankunft und auch weitere Bereiche, unter anderem eine Schiebetür, waren weiterhin stark verschmutzt.
Der Vermieter bot uns für die erste Nacht einen Nachlass von 60 € an. Da die Hygienemängel jedoch auch nach der angekündigten Nachreinigung weiterhin bestanden, haben wir nochmals Kontakt aufgenommen und um eine angemessene Lösung gebeten. Auf diese letzte Nachricht erhielten wir leider keine Reaktion mehr.
Wir hatten die Unterkunft für zwei Nächte und sechs Personen gebucht und wollten dort einfach ein paar schöne und entspannte Tage verbringen. Stattdessen mussten wir uns während eines erheblichen Teils unseres kurzen Aufenthalts mit der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, eigener Reinigung und der Kommunikation über die Mängel beschäftigen.
Der Zustand wurde von uns fotografisch dokumentiert.
Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wohnzimmer war ok. Abgeschottete Balkon ok. Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden
Kein wlan. Nicht genügend gereinigt (leere Flaschen/ Ungeziefer/Ofen/ Mikrowelle). Kein Parkplatz. Nachbar die morgens schreien. Zu wenig Geschirr und Stühle. Fernseher vorhanden, nicht funktionsfähig
