Decepcionante: suciedad, mal olor y colchón inservible

La ubicación e instalaciones generales del edificio, acceso bueno, aparcamiento cercano.

Nos desplazamos desde Albacete al apartamento junto con mi mujer, paciente oncológica, y nuestros dos hijos pequeños, de 3 y 6 años. Precisamente por el estado de salud de mi mujer, era imprescindible disponer de un alojamiento limpio y en condiciones adecuadas. Al acceder al apartamento, alrededor de las 17:00 horas, percibimos un fuerte olor en toda la vivienda. Las sábanas y almohadas presentaban manchas y desprendían un olor insoportable. Intentamos solucionarlo cambiando las sábanas por otras limpias que habíamos llevado en nuestra maleta, pero el problema persistía, por lo que tuve que comprar almohadas nuevas para toda la familia (adjunto justificante de compra). Además, comprobamos que la vajilla, la cristalería y varios utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, había una copa rota y la lavadora presentaba un importante estado de suciedad. Ante esta situación, tuvimos que realizar una limpieza general del apartamento para poder utilizarlo. Esa noche comprobamos que uno de los colchones estaba completamente hundido y con los muelles sobresaliendo, haciendo imposible dormir en él. Como consecuencia, tres personas tuvimos que compartir una sola cama. A la mañana siguiente comuniqué la incidencia a la agencia, cuyo empleado me atendió con gran profesionalidad y trasladó la situación a los propietarios. Les propuse como única solución sustituir el colchón o, incluso, comprar uno yo mismo si era necesario. Sin embargo, los propietarios rechazaron cualquier alternativa. Ante la falta de solución, contacté con Booking, que gestionó la cancelación de la reserva y el reembolso de las noches no disfrutadas. No obstante, se me descontaron más de 200 euros por la única noche de estancia, a pesar de las deficientes condiciones del alojamiento. Además del perjuicio económico, tuvimos que interrumpir nuestras vacaciones, regresar a casa antes de lo previsto y asumir la pérdida de la compra de alimentos congelados que ya habíamos realizado.

Mooi, modern en heel schoon appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt, zelfs strandstoeltjes en een parasol. Uitstekend werkende wifi! Het appartement ligt vlakbij het strand en straatje met leuke restaurantjes en er is genoeg parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement. Hele duidelijke en snelle communicatie met de host, alles heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echt professioneel! Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Bianca Beach, Mil Palmeras
