Very close to one nz stadium and very handy to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Also a very good cafe on site.
The only thing was there was no dish washing liquid to wash the dishes.

The property was in a perfect spot for where we needed to go, also the hosts were awesome & very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel location is great - a short 15 min walk to Riverside Market.
We stayed one night at Southwark Hotel and Apartments. Our room on the ground foor faced directly into the parking lot and hotel entrance. Needless to say it was noisy with people coming and going. It menat disrupted sleep before a 36 hour trip back to Europe. Also, the heat system was down for maintenance and we were provided with an electric heater which was so noisy you couldn't use it and was ineffective. All in all not a positive experience
