Finger weg, nichts für empfindliche Nerven
Ruhige Umgebung, geeignet auch für Kinder, da kein Autoverkehr am Haus herrscht. Das Haus erscheint relativ frisch gestrichen.
Wir hatten aufgrund der vielen guten (allerdings nicht aktuellen) Bewertungen gebucht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Gang zum Wasser dauert 4 Minuten, aber baden kann man dort nicht wirklich. Zum Strand Astrakeri braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung liegt im Anbau am Haus der Familie. Während unseres Aufenthalts wohnte links von uns eine ruhige Dame, die wir kaum sahen. Rechts von uns wohnten allerdings 4 junge Männer, die wahrscheinlich zur Saisonarbeit in einem der Hotels angereist warten. Die Waschmaschine lief anfangs bis nachts um 24:00 Uhr, erst nach meiner Beschwerde wurde gegen 22:00 Uhr die letzte Maschine gestartet. Der Lärm, den schiefhängende klemmende Türen und junge Männer machen, ist schon belastend. Nachdem ich mit der Wirtin gesprochen hatte, wurde die Musik und der generelle Lärm der Jungen noch lauter. Hinter dem Haus im Garten ist ein kleiner Hund dauerhaft zwischen den Bäumen angeleint. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass das auch in Griechenland verboten wäre, bekam ich die Antwort, dass der Hund den 4 Jungen gehören würde, nicht der Familie und dass die sich kümmern würden - man ginge auch nach Feierabend mit ihm Gassi, was wir aber als direkte Nachbarn nicht einmal wahrgenommen hatten. Türen und Fester(-läden) hängen schief, wahrscheinlich weil das Haus einige Zentimeter abgesackt ist. Man konnte die Fensterläden nicht schließen, die Terrassentüren teilweise auch nicht, Wertsachen sollte man also immer mitnehmen. Kontakt mit den Besitzern war nur schriftlich über Booking.com möglich. Als währen eines Unwetters der Strom und damit auch das Wasser ausfiel, war niemand der Familie anwesend und andere Ansprechpartner gab es ringsum auch nicht. Also sollte man besser auch Kerzen und Feuer im Gepäck haben. Insgesamt haben wir keinerlei Herzlickeit vor Ort erlebt, wir fühlten uns wie geduldete aber nicht willkommene Bewohner.
