About this apartment rental
Your apartment consists of a living/dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. With approximately 55 square meters of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The spacious living area features a functional couch that can easily be converted into a sleeping area (with a full-size mattress) for two people. A modern flat-screen TV (43-inch UHD) is also provided. The living area opens onto a 4-square-meter balcony furnished with patio furniture.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, making it ideal for cozy cooking. Also provided are a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, and glasses.
The bedroom features a 1.80 m wide double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. You can also access the balcony from here.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the main building, “Villa Strandidyll” (for a fee). A bike storage room (shared use) is available for your bicycles.
Located in one of Binz’s most beautiful settings, right on the beach promenade, Villa Strandidyll was built at the turn of the century in the seaside resort architectural style.
The long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of Binz is just about 10 m away via the directly adjacent beach access.
A bike storage room, as well as a washer and dryer (both for a fee), are also available to our guests.
The apartment features a free parking space right next to the property.
You’re welcome to bring your dog along on vacation (upon request and for a fee).
