Proximity with train station, buses and shops
Was quiet and good for a restful holiday.

The reception people are polite and helpful and the lady who cleans are very polite as well.
The location and the room with kitchen is very good.
The table/desk and chairs were uncomfortable but still ok. And the light in the room was a bit weak, so needed more light.

The location is really good. Not too far from the central station and in quiet neighbourhood. The room had all the necessary stuff. The staff was really nice. The view from the room was really nice with the sight of the city skyline.
There is no elevator. I don’t hold it against the property that the weather was extremely hot (which is quite rare for Germany in my experience) but the room was on 4th floor and no air conditioning. A working fan was provided but unfortunately the rotator part was broken. Had to leave the windows open for it to get ventilated.

We could let our baggage in the reception the whole day and could use the toilet after we checked out, the staff was very polite
The room was really nice but to be honest a little bit dirty, the floor, the bathroom but all in all it was acceptable
