Grundsätzlich völlig ok ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub. Mängel sind rein hygienischer Natur...

Grundsätzlich guten Eindruck und völlig ausreichend für einen Kurztrip. Hausverwaltung war stets erreichbar und war sehr bemüht die Dinge zu erledigen

Die Sauberkeit. Das Haus wirkte von außen schon ungepflegt und lieblos, das Treppenhaus war dreckig und roch unangenehm - lüften und Reinigung könnte dies beheben. Das Sofa in der Wohnung dreckig und mit Flecken - neues 2-Mann-Sofa kostet nun nicht die Welt. Spülmaschine war voll mit benutztem Geschirr, nach der Meldung wurde durch die Reinigungsfirma Spülmaschinentabs hinterlassen. Angeblicher Kabel-TV gab es nicht. Magentabox war ohne Zugang (wurde jedoch von der Hausverwaltung behoben)

Schön, aber nicht zu Ende gedacht

Ich bin schon öfter in Cuxhaven gewesen, aber bei dieser Unterkunft sind mir einige Sachen negativ aufgefallen: *gar kein Willkommenskärtchen o.ä., WLAN Passwort auf einem ollen Stück Papier "hingerotzt", sehr lieblos irgendwie *extrem hellhörig, konnte Gespräche der benachbarten Gäste mithören, als säße ich neben ihnen, bisschen Dämmung in der Gipskartonwand wäre nicht verkehrt *Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen pro Person separat bezahlt werden und sind nicht im Preis drin *ich würde mich als relativ technikaffin bezeichnen, habe dieses Magenta-TV trotzdem nicht zum Laufen bekommen, wollte eigentlich nur TV schauen und nichts streamen müssen, dafür wäre ein Kärtchen mit Gebrauchsanweisung hilfreich, hatte aber keine Nerven mich damit weiter zu beschäftigen *super nervig fand ich die Küchen- und Badsituation, wir waren 7 Nächte als 3-köpfige Familie da, es waren 2 Spülmaschinentabs und 2 Klorollen vorhanden, Müllbeutel zum Wechseln ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Das ist eine Menge, die für uns gerade so NICHT ausgereicht hat. Da frage ich mich, wie die Leute, die das koordinieren, sich das denken bei Produkten, die man im 100er Pack usw. kauft, ebenso bei Öl zum braten oder Backpapier für den Ofen. Wenn ich nur noch einen weiteren Tab und eine weitere Klorolle benötige, muss ich Mengen kaufen, die ich eigentlich gar nicht brauche für den Urlaub und da wir mit Rucksack und Rädern gereist sind, ist auch kein Platz im Gepäck, um die restlichen 99 Spültabs, 3 Klorollen und die angefangene Müllbeutelrolle wieder nachhause zu schleppen. Spüli war auch nicht vorhanden. Finde ich einfach nutzerunfreundlich, bei dem Preis, die Kosten gängiger Haushaltsprodukten an die Gäste abzudrücken. Immerhin gab es aber eine Handseife im Bad. *die Kochsituation ist suboptimal, es wird eine ausgestatte Küche beschrieben. Für mich gehören Schneidebretter dazu, damit die Messer nicht so schnell stumpf werden.
