Die Lage ist einfach top! Direkt vor dem Stadthafen gelegen, kann man vom Balkon aus das Treiben auf der Promenade und auf dem Wasser „erste Reihe fußfrei“ beobachten und genießen - Hafenkino pur! Das Apartment ist geräumig und hell mit Klimaanlage und Verdunkelungsjalousien, gutes und bequemes Bett.
Die Treppe zum Apartment ist steil und eng, vor allem für Senioren (bin 72), aber der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit und hat meine Koffer raufgetragen, sodass das für mich kein wirklicher Minuspunkt war.

The location was perfect!! Konstantinos was so helpful and friendly during check in and check out and gave some great recommendations. The space was very clean and there was so much space! I loved staying here and would love to come back.

Only one negative and that was the apartment could do with a small hob to be able to boil an egg if you so wished.

Amazing location! It really couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of the city, just next to the ferry terminal and in the middle of the nightlife, with restaurants, bars and all kinds of public transport nearby. The view is absolutely unique, overlooking the water, the harbour and the planes landing nearby. You could easily spend your entire stay just sitting on the terrace, and you wouldn’t regret it.
The interior is tastefully decorated, but unfortunately, the property is extremely poorly maintained. I’m not just referring to insufficient cleaning after previous guests. It appears to be a property that is systematically poorly cleaned, with rather questionable hygiene standards. The bed linen was worn out, there was hair everywhere, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Unfortunately, this would definitely prevent me from staying here again, despite all the other advantages of the property.
