Do NOT book this place – terrible experience!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS – Unhygienic, misleading, and host doesn’t care This is, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I urge others NOT to book this place — it's completely unfit for guests, and the host is totally unresponsive to complaints. Here’s what we experienced during our 2-night stay as a group of 4: The sofa was covered in black animal hair, which was absolutely disgusting and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. One blanket had visible stains including what looked like blood, and there were no duvet covers at all – shockingly unhygienic and unacceptable. The kitchen was critically under-equipped – we didn’t even have enough cutlery or utensils for 4 people. We received just 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people across 2 days. The shower curtain was useless, stopping 30 cm above the floor, so water went everywhere. Wi-Fi didn’t work on any of our devices despite being advertised as included. The only advice we received from the host was: "For heating use air-condition" — no help with any other issue. We tried contacting the host several times — they completely ignored us. And to top it all off, a cockroach appeared by the morning. This is not just poor hospitality — it’s a serious health and safety issue. We’ve reported this to Booking.com and will be seeking compensation. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
