Location, room size, boutique status, staff.
It was just off the square and main road, so noise pollution was not a problem, a lot of parking lots are within walking distance, and I had my pick of restaurants of various cuisines and price points, all within 7 minutes of the hotel. Can’t complain.
Staff were SO KIND, I booked the room a night before because I was arriving at 5am and they made sure everything in my room was ready and it was accessible.
Property needs a bit of care for over used facilities like the shower door

Beautiful suite right in the heart of Nafplion. Walk to everything. Parking nearby. Welcoming staff and a very spacious suite with high, decorated ceilings. Beautiful and luxurious. A wonderful experience of an old manor of the Nafplion style.

Aircon wasn’t working. It was very hot in the room. We did report it but we were told by a staff member that it was working despite the room showing 28 deg.
No breakfast room.
