The cosy small studio apartment was mere 10 meters away from the Spree. It has all facilites for stay, kitchenette with fridge, boiler (cofee machine was not working upon arrival), micro combi owen, and heating plates. There is washing-machine in the basement. Using door codes makes it easy to get in and out without need for keys. The location is really nice, Nice Berline buildings, in calm environments with little people, and it is really close to the Netto and Rewe, which is a plus.
The location is really nice, but the only drawback is buss 165 only comes every 20 minutes, outside of the small rushhour time range. and it is not synced with the train S9, so getting to the center 11-12 km away takes 47-55 minutes every time.
You can walk to Oberspree in 10 minuts and that time gets cut down to maybe 31-40 minutes, but then I recommend just walking to Schöneweide which takes 14-16 min. Additionally, we don't feel very secure with the Oberspree S-bahn station since you get to it through a narrow passage of 250 meters ,and there is absolutely no light, which feels creepy and not secure by night.

New, modern, clean property. Proper bed, proper kitchen, nice view. REWE is just around the corner.
Far from anything interesting and quite a distance from S-Bahn.
Thank you for providing coffee and tea for guests. It would also be great to have salt available in the apartments and, ideally, a small bottle of cooking oil (I know it´s not a usual thing yet, but it should be).

The room was very clean and everything worked excellently. The kitchen was very useful, although we ate out in the evenings.
Nothing, everything was excellent. perhaps a verandah table might be a good addition.

Very comfortable and spacious.
I booked for 3 adults and one child. I requested for a cot for the child. The request was confirmed but I didn’t receive the cot.
We were provided with only two duvet for four people to share. Two towel sets only for four people. I don’t think I got a good service for the money I paid. I couldn’t reach the customer support when I called several times in the day time.
