The room was considerably larger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. It’s location was perfectly located within Gion, close to the subway, temples and across the river to the bustling city side.

Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality!
We had an amazing stay at Miru Kyoto Gion! Everything was taken care of so thoughtfully, making our experience completely stress-free.
The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. When we arrived, our luggage had already been placed in our room, and they had kindly accepted the packages we ordered online before our arrival. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help.
We also loved the complimentary breakfast treats, including croissants, coffee, and granola. Such a lovely way to start the day!
Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.
What truly made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the entire team. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Kyoto. Thank you so much for everything! We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto! ❤️

The room was lovely and the staff very helpful . The location is fantastic too. The access to the washer/ dryer was very useful. Many dining options in walking distance.

Probably my favorite hotel during my travels in Japan. I had a single room that was very spacious, quiet and peaceful. I loved the design in the hotel and the friendly staff. I was actually sad to leave after 2 nights 😅 the value is also incredible for the room rates, so don’t even hesitate to book. Lots of great sights in walking distance as well as a seven eleven 2 doors down. I don’t know anything that would have made my stay more comfortable. I will be back and check out the sister hotels as well.
