Confortável

Casa bem arejada, bem confortável, vale a pena para família, fomos em 4 adultos, mais comporta até 10 pessoas, é pertinho da praia da pra descer andando, as praias são lindas e com pouca onda ideal para crianças. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Casa excelente porém, atendimento péssimo

A casa tem boa estrutura, um bom conforto, fácil acesso e tem um bom custo benefício em relação a outras casas na mesma localidade.

Quem cuida da administração da casa (pousada da praia) Tem zero empatia e respeito pelo cliente dos outros. Não é porque está escrito na confirmação de reserva que não pode-se entender imprevistos, inclusive ocasionados por falta de água e energia no local da prainha que tem serviços precários de estrutura. No dia de saída choveu muito, o que atrasou apenas um pouco nossa saida, só pedi para sair pouco atrasado, as 13h ao inves de 12h. Para dar tempo de dar almoco e banho em 3 crianças sujas de água salgada. Ainda me propuz a deixar a casa ajeitada como encontrada. Era um domingo de inverno e na chuva, não havia hóspede para entrar. Pedi gentilmente que fosse concedido uma cortesia de sairmos atrasados, mas não, fui respondido com rispidez e indiferença. Fomos praticamente enxotados da casa, isso sem causar absolutamente nenhum problema na estadia. Deu meio dia em ponto eles desligaram a energia , pois os vizinhos tinham energia normalmente. E mandaram mensagem que iriam cobrar extensão de meia diária minutos apos 12h. Sai da casa com crianças pequenas sem almoçar e sujas de areia por causa do desligamento da energia. Podem até negar, mas 12h a energia foi desligada somente na casa locada. A casa em si é ótima e recomendo, mas quem administra a casa me fez não querer ficar nela novamente. Lamento, pois minha expectativa inicial era boa de sempre usar esta casa pois costumo ir bastante naquela praia.
