The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Goldeck, 3-Ländereck, Turrach, as well as Tarvisio/Lussari (I), Kranjska Gora, and the Planica ski jump (SLO) are all within a 30-minute drive.
We’re just a five-minute drive from Villach and about 30 minutes from Klagenfurt Airport.

The Augenweide apartment is about 400 meters from Lake Ossiach on foot. A small footpath leads down the hillside and then along Am Hang Street to Seeuferstraße. The walk downhill takes about 5 minutes; going back up takes a little longer.
Whether you enjoy swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, biking, mountain biking, or jogging—you’re always welcome here and in good hands!

Are you looking for a quiet place to rest and relax, a few days away from it all, without giving up the comforts of modern living? Then the Augenweide Apartment is the perfect choice for you.
Spanning 75 square meters of living space, the apartment features two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, with plenty of room for up to four people. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with no steps and a double sink. The toilet is separate. A washing machine, iron, and clothes rack are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher. Various appliances, such as a filter coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a blender, a kettle, and a hand blender, are provided.
The living room features a dining table, a couch, a TV, and a small desk; Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The apartment at Panoramaweg 42 in Annenheim is situated on a small hill at the foot of the Gerlitzen Alpe. Enjoy a magnificent view of the western bay of Lake Ossiach, Annenheim, and the surrounding villages of Treffen, St. Ruprecht, and St. Andrä, as well as the Landskron district with Landskron Castle. This scenery is flanked by the Ossiacher Tauern, the Kumitzberg, and the Oswaldiberg; in the background lie the Dobratsch and the Villacher Alpe, as well as the Julian Alps to the southwest and the Karawanken to the southeast.
