Travel back in time without losing todays comforts in this fully-renovated 2200 sq ft, three bedroom (+ Great Room couch/chase), late 1800’s Farmhouse with tiled baths, washer/dryer stack unit, utility sink, equipped galley kitchen, spacious bedrooms, charming, roomy and quiet gathering spaces for conversation and relaxing, including a large, covered back porch where you can sit and watch the sun set. Keep the family together for a special occasion, college graduation celebration or even a small wedding on early American farmland. [NOTES: NO PARTIES and No outside, unpaid guests are allowed without written permission. (Weddings permitted for additional fee.)
Fence is not closed. Use leash with pets prone to run from owner. Plenty of room in back to play and poop.
Owner presently occasionally stays in separate building (old milking barn) behind house w/“Neighbor” the cat. Neighbor is so sweet but I do not permit her in the farmhouse. She has food and shelter in the barn.]

Very charming rustic farmhouse. Beds clean and comfortable. Pantry very well stocked. Only draw back was we didn’t stay longer.

Wonderful property with a responsive and caring host! Our son forgot his boots and before we could message Scott, he had found them and messaged us (We were still nearby!) with info as to where he left them for us to pick up!

If you are looking for a place to stay in the area look no further! This beautiful home is immaculate! Scott did a wonderful job renovating this historic farm house, he enhanced the original beauty while adding modern touches that blend so well that they do not seem out of place. He has pictures in the mudroom area that show the renovation projects. We enjoyed seeing the treasures among the house that was found during the renovations. We stayed there for only a weekend while in town for our daughters softball tournament, and shared it with another family on the team - both of our familes are families of 4-so there was 8 of us with one dog and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together to hang out while also having a space to be individually as well. The outside space was wonderful as well. The view of the sunset from the back porch was gorgous! My only regret is we didn't get to stay long enough! Thank you for opening your home for familes to enjoy, we definetly will be back to stay for furture softball tournaments.

Parking was easy and the cat was friendly. Everything was perfect and very relaxing. Scott was very kind and helpful.
