Beautiful apartment and a wonderful host!

Nadia was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome in her beautiful apartment. The apartment opens out directly onto the water, and is very well appointed. Brucoli is a charming town and well worth a visit, and this is the perfect place to stay.

Nell’insieme:Decisamente no

Della struttura mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza,la signora è stata gentilissima e socievole. Poi mi è piaciuta la posizione,praticamente sull’acqua.Affascinante.All alba ho potuto scattare molte foto davvero belle,bellissimo spettacolo.

Purtroppo c’è un elenco di cose che non sono andate bene. La tv non è in camera. Il lavabo del bagno,della cucina e buona parte dell’esterno del frigo invasi dalle formiche,che sono entrate anche bel mio beauty case… Sacco dell’immondizia dei precedenti ospiti lasciato appeso fuori dalla signora delle pulizie Condizionatore scadente(pinguino),mezzo rotto che lasciava solo una temperatura senza possibilità di poterla abbassare e mettere come si preferisce,e molto rumoroso….. Manca un comodino da un lato del letto e ho dovuto mettere una sedia del soggiorno per poggiare alcune cose Non c’è il bidè ma una doccetta scomoda La tettoia fuori siccome serve anche da chiusura in inverno, ha i due piedi davanti mobili e arrugginiti e chi non lo sa se si appoggia rischia di cadere in acqua Lo spazio davanti al mare è pubblico,quindi passano davanti la porta a vetro(che è la parte piu carina della casa)tutte le persone che guardano dentro.Ma secsi chiude la porta si rimane praticamente al buio La stanza da letto è in fondo ed è soffocante,stanotte tra il rumore e il freddo(irregolabile)del pinguino e la stanza umida e claustrofobica(l unica finestrella piccola è occupata dal pinguino),mi è mancata l aria e mi sono dovuta spostare sul divanetto(anch esso alquanto scomodo),e ciononostante non ho chiuso occhio. Tutto questo sarebbe stato meglio (e avrei evitato questa recensione ),se non avessi pagato €150 per una notte.

La posizione è affascinante , direttamente sul mare che però è sporchissimo, con rifiuti e carogne di animali galleggianti. È un problema di quasi tutta la Sicilia: una sporcizia inaccettabile in mare, su spiagge, per le strade urbane e extraurbane. Possibile che non si possa gestire il problema dei rifiuti? E i proprietari delle strutture che ne pensano? Inaccettabile

Bilocale accogliente e fresco

La posizione è affascinante , direttamente sul mare che però è sporchissimo, con rifiuti e carogne di animali galleggianti. È un problema di quasi tutta la Sicilia: una sporcizia inaccettabile in mare, su spiagge, per le strade urbane e extraurbane. Possibile che non si possa gestire il problema dei rifiuti? E i proprietari delle strutture che ne pensano? Inaccettabile
