Excellent location in a great area near Sol Square. The room, furniture, kitchen, and bathroom—everything is brand new. The windows provide excellent soundproofing against outside noise. The owner is always responsive to any questions.
A minor drawback: the building number was not listed in the booking details, so we had to search for a few minutes and contact the owners. The elevator is very small, but it was still sufficient for bringing up our suitcases.

Texted and he gave us time and let us in . It was quick and simple .
Noisy location but then it comes with being central . Bathroom door could get stuck . No duvet was provided initially . So first night was difficult but then I texted next morning and it was left in the room
.
