The was one of the best places we stayed in Mauritius. Yes it was not on the beach, but had a homely feeling. Host was very helpful and nice person. He even get us some sandwiches as we were coming during lunch time. That was very nice of him. He didn't really have to do that. The famous Grand Baie was just few minutes drive away. That place gets super crowded; where this place was close enough; minus the crowd and noise. The beach nearby was clean and also less crowded but beautiful with almost no boats or water sports crowd.
Highly recommended if you are in the area.
