The owners were unbelievably kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They made sure bike tyres were pumped, sorted a taxi for us, organised laundry, and happily allowed us to hang out at the hotel for a few hours in the afternoon after check out. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. The room was very comfortable with gorgeous views and strong AC, and there were very good fans in the breakfast area. The location was awesome - far enough away from the tourist street that it didn’t feel busy or loud, but so close for restaurants and bars. 100% recommend.

Oh my goodness what to even say about this place! We will be talking about our stay here for a long time, it was by far the highlight of our trip. The setting is so comfy, cozy and serene. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind, the breakfast they serve in the morning was probably our best meal in all of Vietnam. The breakfast setting is so comfortable and cute, coffee is good and free water is provided the whole stay! We were there when there was pretty extensive rain and flooding but they managed to keep the pool absolutely spotlessly clean- we took a nice dip one evening and it felt perfect. There is a family of cats that live there, the mom and two kittens are so friendly and adorable, we’re still talking about them and missing them. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, bathtub is huge, the bathroom is incredibly unique with the colorful tile and the clear ceilings where you can see plants growing over the top and get a lovely sunrise coming through. The porches over the water made for a lovely coffee/reading setting in the mornings. They have free bikes that you can take out, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The location is very quiet and peaceful, we were in walking distance to a very cute little strip of restaurants and bars. The area did not feel touristy at all which we really liked. This was the highlight of our trip and we wished that we had stayed longer. Absolutely hoping we will make it back someday! Don’t look any further and just book this one.

Wonderful surrounds, lovely pool in garden setting. Room was picturesque overlooking pond. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Free cycle use meant all sights nearby were accessible, Hang Mua and Trang An.

This place was great! The room was large and clean, the bathroom is nice. The couple who own and run this place are amazing, super friendly, but not much English, so relied on Google Translate. They cook you breakfast each morning from a menu you order from night before. The grounds are very pretty. Free bikes and rentable motorbikes on property. Self service drinks with free unlimited water and pay beer and soda. The location is a little away from the tourist areas, but a short bike or motorbike or grab away. Felt secluded and out of the craziness, which was nice. When we were there they also had 2 young kittens that were always asking for pets! There is also a pool, however we did not use it. Laundry service was also available (for a fee) and took about 24hrs.
Some of the bikes are a little janky, but they are free.
