Bad service & room not properly clean

Location near to MITEC

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT & REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION Dear Customer Support / Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at this property. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience and believe that the issues encountered warrant appropriate compensation. This was not simply a matter of personal preference. Several problems directly affected the quality, comfort and convenience of our stay. 1. Misleading / Inadequate Check-in & Parking Instructions Upon arrival, I contacted the handler, AwesomeStay, for the check-in procedure. A staff member was sent to meet us at the lobby, where we were required to pay a deposit before receiving the key card. However, the parking instructions provided to us were unclear. We were only told to park at Level CP4, without being properly informed of the specific parking bay allocated to us. Because of the lack of clear instructions, we parked at an apparently vacant parking space at CP4. The following morning, we discovered that our vehicle had been clamped. Security demanded RM50 from us before releasing the vehicle. When we contacted the staff member who had assisted us during check-in, instead of properly assisting us or acknowledging the unclear instructions, we were blamed for allegedly not reading a previous message. I find this unacceptable. Guests should not be expected to face a RM50 penalty because the property’s check-in and parking instructions were not communicated clearly. I therefore request reimbursement of the RM50 clamp fee. 2. Unacceptable Room Condition Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drainage. The carpet also smelled unpleasant. Furthermore, the television was not functioning. These are basic room-condition issues that should have been identified and resolved before the room was handed over to a paying guest.

In total this is a nice environment to stay in. However very far from the city proper.

I like that there is a big window and the unit is clean and big

Too slow elevator. Away from the city centre
