Great location, great pool and lounge area
Rooms smelled musty and showers in 2 of the rooms didn’t work fully. In one room only the hand held worked and in the other, only the overhead.
Sliding door into the bathroom in room 1 kept sliding off the rollers.

The location, the layout and facilities were great. The housekeeper/manager Ayu was beyond amazing and very helpful
The property is well overdue for some maintenance and TLC, some of the appliances are broken or not working well. The property is a bit tired

Location is 10/10, close to everything you’ll need to see in Seminyak

Good location a few minutes walk to a main street. The size of the villa was good. The property was serviced every day but it meant the staff were there for hours each day.
The villa just needs a little maintenance ie pool tiles coming off. One of the bathrooms was open and one with a damaged fly screen so mosquitos were a problem. The lounge was very uncomfortable.
