I wish I could rate it as 8

The location of the apartment is quite convenient to explore the city by foot (30 minutes to the city center through nice streets and tons of cafes and restaurants) or by subway or trams (10 minutes to Duomo).

Mold killed the mood for us (see the photos). The towels also had moldy smell. The bed was quite hard (I like hard beds, but this one was hard even for my liking). If not the mold, I would rate it at 7 or 8.

Enjoyed our stay here.

Enjoyed the location as it was convenient to the metro 3 line (yellow line) and restaurants nearby. There was a cute kitchen that was well appointed with little snacks for breakfast.

The towels provided were a bit scratchy. One set of towels per person were given for a 10 day stay. Fitted sheets and comforter/blankets provided too, but not flat sheets, so if you prefer to have a flat sheet, you may need to request it ahead of time.

Not sure why it has such good reviews

The apartment is close to the metro so it's easy to get into the city.

It was very hot during the days we stayed here and in the booking it says there is an air conditioner but we found that it wasn't working properly. The air inside the apartment was very damp which you can see in the apartment were the walls are covered in mold (!!!). It doesn't seem healthy and it was hard to breathe when we were inside the apartment. All the dishes were dirty which probably is because you don't get any dishwashing tablets. The blinds have been removed from all the windows and replaced with see-though curtains which made it impossible to shut out sunlight and people looking in from outside during the evening. The condition of the apartment was somewhat poor. A lot of things were broken and didn't fit properly, like the toilet seat (wrong kind for the toilet), the buttons for the toilet (broken and missing) and the towel rack (rusty and dirty). The window by the bed was also broken and couldn't be closed, which let to even more heat slipping into the apartment and a lot of noise pollution from the outside. The host stopped responding as soon as we got into the apartment. It took several days after our stay about our question. The towels provided by the host were extremely disgusting and needs to be replaced immedietely. After using them you felt even dirtier than before the shower.

Good

The location was nice and close to the metro station.

We had to call the property many times in order to know how we can entry to the apartment. The host excuse for that but we spend some time in from of the building.
