The staff are very nice. They are very attentive and are always ready to help when they can.
Sometimes, it is hard to open our door when you double lock it. Other than that, all good. Thank you.

I like the view. It was so amazing. If you want calm vibe just go to the balcony and sip a cup of coffee. Though at first the smell is a bit odd maybe because of the humidity but after 10-15 mins its gone its all good

The staff were very helpful, nice, accommodating, and kind.
The view from our room was very picturesque.
Some furniture was a bit old with marks such as the coffee table then batteries of Tv was not working but they were able to fix it.
We were jn the top floor, so my senior parents had to walk up stairs. Although luggages were helped by the staff.
