Beds were super comfy, smart TV, coffee machine and everything included. Good price and near bars and restaurants.
No hot water at all. Then last day of the stay it was freezing cold water. Reported the issue which made water slightly lukewarm but then it went freezing again.

The location.
The sink was dirty, there was a lot of dust under the bed and mold in the bathroom.
