The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and bus station, and very close to the old town centre, so all very convenient. The free Sudtirol guest pass, issued by the hotel on arrival, enabled us to travel extensively around the Dolomiti mountains in this region. We arrived on a hot Sunday afternoon, and greatly appreciated the swimming pool, which is set in beautiful gardens. All the staff we met (and there are so many of them) were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful, with plenty of food and plenty of choice, and delicious (barista) coffee. The hotel also has an arrangement with an associated restaurant for dining, which we too advantage of. We would be very happy to stay there again,
The room is not overly large, and has no air-conditioning (both of which we knew when booking), although we were able to get a breeze through an open window, but something to be aware of in the hot summers.

Central location in Brixen. Great breakfast and outside area. Private parking available.
No aircondition in the room, only a fan. Shower was a bit small.

quite central 5 minutes walking from the center
very basic room, the bed was not made properly with a sheet that wouldn’t cover all the surface but just a piece of it.
In the bathroom there was not even a decent shower gel or soap but a cheap one that wasn’t so good to wash yourself.
In the closet there was no bag for the laundry and it was full of old blankets so it was impossible to put inside the jacket and the suit.
the breakfast was very absolutely cheap and poor with juices that seemed bought from a discount and the croissant that seemed defrost ones and a horrible cake.
126 euro for on night to get this service is highly overrated. I wouldn’t come back at all
