The hotel is very safe and the check in was okay once the owner confirmed access.
The room is not a hotel!! The hotel is Blue Tree Manaus. You are just renting the room through an invidiual owner. You have no access to the break fast and the staff cannot help -everything has to be done through the owner who responds rarely.
The room is not bad but its NOT clean. I found a used underwear on the floor and fake eyelashes in the bed.
The gym is tiny and so is the pool area. It is also currently under construction which has not been mentioned anywhere.

"We loved our stay - the room was spacious and the bed huge. Staff were attentive and there's a nice roof-top pool area. It is not a central location but easy to take an Uber!"
