I liked everything: the location, the fact that the building has not just one elevator, but three! There is also a reception desk. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with no stains, residue, or unpleasant odors.
There were just two issues.
The first was that the rugs left from previous guests had stains on them.
The second issue was, of course, not the staff’s fault, but I would still like to mention it.
We stayed in apartment 1027, and next to us was apartment 1026. A young couple checked into apartment 1026 late at night. They were shouting loudly and kept going out onto the balcony to smoke. All the cigarette smoke came directly into our apartment, making it very difficult to breathe.
We politely asked them three times: “Please, do not smoke!” However, they shouted at us and insisted that smoking on the balconies was allowed.
When we asked the reception staff whether smoking was permitted, they clearly confirmed that it was not. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartments and on the balconies.
