Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, in ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi da Plaza de Espanya. Comodo anche rispetto allì'aeroporto (sia con la metro che con l'Aerobus). Quartiere tranquillo la sera ma con tutti i servizi. Secondo piano con ascensore, balcone, un'area living con angolo cottura, un bel bagno spazioso e 2 camere da letto separate (una doppia e una singola). Ci sono anche forno, microonde, tostapane e lavatrice. Check-in molto comodo, con codice PIN inviato dopo il saldo del pagamento.
La camera doppia è davvero minuscola, è arduo passare intorno al letto. In estate dev'essere difficile da climatizzare perchè c'è un unico split in soggiorno. Le ante della doccia non sono ermetiche, facilmente si bagna il pavimento. Non ci sono mollette per stendere. Comunicazione col gestore non facilissima (link inattivi, info su piano e numero dell'appartamento solo nella scheda descrittiva, incongruenze sul numero di camere da letto - sono indicate 2 camere solo nel titolo dell'appartamento e non nella scheda). Prezzo troppo caro, ma a Barcellona ormai è così ovunque.

I liked the size of the apartment and the bathroom. Everything was in working order and had a kettle and toaster. If you want to cook you need to bring everything, oil, salt and pepper, etc. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and towels. The air conditioner works great. The elevator works great.
There was an involved process to get into the apartment that requires a working phone with available battery. It was fine after you get use to it. The balcony was very small. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. The kitchen did not have a lot of equipment to make meals. The couch was terrible.

L'espace dans l'appartement, le système sans clés pour les portes ça c'est le top. Lit confortable, la clim et les ventilateurs
Peu de vaisselle, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, une vrais cafetière à dosette et une bouteille d'eau et surtout des rideaux pour cacher le jour car c'est vraiment pas top
