Communication was severely lacking. I contacted the property the day before for entry instructions. No one got back to me until I was 10 min. away in a cab and madly texting and emailing the host company. They had said I might be able to leave my luggage, but now changed their mind. I had to redirect my taxi to a luggage storage.
The directions to enter said the apartment number was not visible on the outside, but the door was next to a Benetton store. After a full day of traveling and then sightseeing at the Vatican and St Peter's, my husband and self (both in our mid 70s) were trudging up and down the street with luggage unable to find the apartment. Luckily, we finally found a local who told us the Benetton store has been out of business for quite some time. We were not happy.
When we finally found the apartment, the location was ideal, and the rooftop terrace was wonderful.

Es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Mejor situacion para ir por Roma sin utilizar transporte público y tener todo andando.
En verano con mucho calor, es difícil dormir cómodamente. Los equipos de Aire acondicionado hacen demasiado ruido. Y la calle con el supermercado, terrazas, los adoquines... al abrir las ventanas el ruido es increíble las 24h.

La ubicación.
Olores en el cuarto de baño, que el baño esté en la habitación y por tanto los que duermen en el sofá cama deber pasar por la habitación para acceder, y que la terraza está en el sexto piso, cuando el apartamento está en el primero, por lo que se puede aprovechar menos.

Great location and great communication/information from the company about how to gain access to the property. Very clean and spacious inside.
This was the noisiest property we have ever stayed at and we regularly stay centrally in major cities. Building work, street noise, road noise (and the apartment is on a pedestrianised street!) all caused extremely disturbed sleep all 3 nights- perhaps this was just bad luck or those windows need some extra glazing. Lowlight was the neighbours about having a meeting of multiple people at 5.45am where you could hear every word (albeit in Italian).
To be clear we are not light sleepers and even my teen boys were woken frequently through all 3 nights and this had a big impact on our trip overall.
