⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hotel Experience – Truly Worthy of Five Stars!
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The hotel truly deserves its five-star rating, offering the facilities, amenities, and level of comfort expected from a genuine five-star property—not a three-star hotel. Everything was well considered, and the overall experience reflected a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.
What made my stay truly exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff.
A very special thank you to Mr. Sergen, whose refined personality, elegant manners, calm attitude, quick thinking, and exceptional responsiveness made a remarkable impression on me. His ability to understand guests’ needs, respond promptly, and handle every situation with genuine professionalism reflects the true meaning of luxury hospitality. His attitude and attention to detail are a real asset to the hotel.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception, whose warm, genuine smile, welcoming attitude, and courteous manner made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. His positive energy and friendly approach added a special touch to the guest experience.
My thanks also go to the entire hotel team, including the restaurant staff and housekeeping team, for their efforts, kindness, and dedication throughout my stay. Every department plays an important role in creating a memorable experience, and their combined efforts truly deserve recognition.
A five-star hotel is not defined by its facilities alone, but by the people who bring its standards to life. Sergen, Ibrahim, and the entire team are excellent examples of how professionalism, genuine care, and outstanding hospitality can turn a good stay into an unforgettable one.

The hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok.
The rooms had an intense smelll of cigarrettes although ot was a big sign with 'no smoking'. The parking was full and they advise us to leave the car on the public street because it is safe.

Exceptional Hospitality – Ilhan Made Our Stay Extra Special
Everything about our stay was lovely, but ILHAN elevated our experience to a whole new level. He was remarkably attentive, kind, and went well out of his way to help us whenever we needed assistance.
He was remarkably attentive and went out of his way to help us find our way around the city. Thanks to his clear directions for the metro and bus routes, along with his thoughtful recommendations, navigating the area was completely stress-free.
His dedication to going above and beyond his role did not go unnoticed. It is rare to meet staff so genuinely committed to guest happiness. Thank you, Ilhan, for your extraordinary service!

Its close to the airport. The room is clean.
The area is not so nice. It's a good stop if you have a transit or night flight. People smoking down there was a little bit inconvenient cause we have a baby it goes into the lobby and it smelt like cigarettes the whole way.
