The apartment is clean, well-equipped and spacious. The kitchenware is in good condition and there is all the necessary equipment that you need for cooking well.
The apartment is also located close to supermarkets, the pedestrian zone, the canal, and bus stops. At the bus stops, you can easily get to the beaches and to the train station.
The sofa bed could be a little more comfy.
