This was a terrible accommodation and I don’t recommend anyone stay here.
We were supposed to stay at this accommodation from August 27, 2026 to August 28, 2026. We showed up at the property and there was a foul smell, and the apartment was very dirty. The mattress was stained, the sink was filthy, there was hair on the floor, the bathroom was not sanitised and the backyard had garbage scattered throughout the patio and yard. I messaged the property owners about the issues, and they were combative and did not acknowledge any issues, and simply requested that we do not contact them again. The apartment was so unhygienic that we did not even spend the night there. I strongly recommend that people do not stay at this accommodation. It appears that the owners do not care about their guests and they provide unhygienic services. They expect guests to clean the apartment after their stay, and it appears that they invest no resources in providing cleaning products or cleaning staff.

Malheureusement je me dois de faire ce commentaire car pour nous la note et la dénomination « exceptionnel » du logement sur booking ne correspond pas…
L’appartement était sale, sol, sdb, alaise du lit, cuisine, WC, jardin… Odeur nauséabonde sortant de la tuyauterie, rideau de douche bon pour la poubelle (je n’ose même pas joindre la photo) … Heureusement que nous avions nos propres draps et serviettes (ce qui est obligatoire ne ratez d’ailleurs pas l’info).
Le jardin n’était pas entretenu (nous n’en n’avions aucune utilité car ici juste pour 1 nuit) mais meme les équipements extérieurs laissaient à désirer…
Il est précisé qu’il est de la responsabilité du locataire de réaliser le ménage et malheureusement il n’y a aucun réel contrôle avant le prochain arrivant.
De plus, il n’y avait rien pour réaliser un ménage convenable au sein de l’appartement à part un aspirateur, des linges et serpillières noires de saleté et un bidon de javel (reste des produits vides).
La propriétaire a cependant été très réactive et a tout de suite proposé une compensation financière de 20€ ce qui est très appréciable dans ce genre de situation MAIS demander en échange de ne pas mettre de mauvais avis ou de ne pas du tout en mettre, nous trouvons ça plutôt malhonnête, raison pour laquelle nous avons tout de meme décider de poster cet avis pour rétablir la vérité et éviter une telle déception à d’autres personnes. (Est-ce que d’autres personnes ont été dans notre situation ce qui expliquerait cette si bonne note?)
Il est clair que ce n’était pas le logement le plus chère du coin, mais cela ne justifie en rien le mensonge et l’état de l’appartement…
Nous comprenons totalement qu’il n’est pas simple surtout à distance de gérer une location saisonnière, mais il existe des moyens pour éviter ce genre de soucis.
