The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable and peaceful, especially for Venice. Overall, our experience at this apartment was wonderful. There’s a canal right outside the window, which definitely adds to the charm. The interior is simple and has been renovated, and everything is clean. The apartment has a nice kitchen with all cookware, which is why I chose an apartment instead of a hotel closer to the city center, and there's also a good supermarket just a few minutes walk away
Nothing bad about this apartment. I'd love to have "hotel" slippers for that price, since I hate walking in the apartment in sneakers after being out on the town, but unfortunately, everyone does that in Italy. The price of Venice's property is overpriced for sure, but it's still good deal if you want to forgot about trains and buses from Mestre and enjoy the city

The location is ideal, close to the ferry wharf and other alleyways which have nice, local restaurants. It was a peaceful part of town. The facilities were ideal for a short stay.

La ubicación nos gustó mucho. A 20 minutos del centro, el barrio está muy bien, y el apartamento está bien.
No nos gustó nada en absoluto la imposibilidad de poder utilizar ni microondas, ni tostadora, ni horno, y tener la calefacción al mínimo puesto que la luz del apartamento salta cada 5 minutos; la cual cosa te obliga a cocinar a fuego y no poder utilizar los electrodomésticos.
