Extremely aggressive behaviour, poor customer service with no respect whatsoever - AVOID AVOID..

The location was central but due to a situation we experienced after check-in over a simple request for a fan which gave us an ever lasting bad memories with the property owner. Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing and distressing. Unfortunately, the owner's behaviour was rude, arrogant, aggressive and highly unprofessional from the get go. What made the situation particularly upsetting was that we were asked to leave the property over a discussion which I was having with my wife and was overheard by owner's son while I was travelling with my children. This clearly goes to show a privacy issue listening in to others' conversation. Anyway, the way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of consideration, understanding or professionalism. Being asked to leave after check-in with children was incredibly stressful and left us feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

What should have been a pleasant stay or visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience, and we were ultimately asked to leave the property. The situation was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, with little respect or consideration shown towards us as guests. The owner's manner of speaking to us (very short temper), including in front of the children, was inappropriate and unnecessary. We also found the tone and nature of the messages sent via WhatsApp intimidating and threatening, which added significantly to our distress. As guests travelling abroad with a family, we expected to be treated with basic courtesy, respect and professionalism. Instead, we felt unwelcome, uncomfortable and genuinely threatened by the aggressive nature of the communication and behaviour. We paid for the service and expected a quality service in return. However, this wasn't the case at all. I believe hospitality and customer service are just as important as the property itself, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I would strongly encourage the owner to reflect on how she communicates with guests and handle disagreements or concerns. She claimed to be a teacher but clearly that didn't reflect in her behaviour. I would also strongly advise other families, particularly those travelling with children, to carefully consider this experience before booking. Regardless of any disagreement or issue that may arise, guests should never be treated in such a hostile and intimidating manner, especially late in the evening and in front of children. Based on our experience, I definitely would not feel comfortable recommending this property to others. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant accommodation experiences we have had, and we would not recommend staying here. We ended up leaving the property after a few hours.

Très bel appartement de deux chambres, bien équipé et bien situé. Toutefois les lits et la literie ne sont pas confortables. Les aires communes de l’immeuble ne sont pas bien entretenues.
